How to Delete Your Final Phase Account

We understand that you may wish to delete your account and associated data. This guide explains the process. Please remember that account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Before You Proceed

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

Data stored only locally on your device (if you used the app logged out or before syncing) will remain on that device but will no longer be able to sync.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Account deletion must be initiated from within the Final Phase application while you are logged in.

  1. Log In: Ensure you are logged into the Final Phase account you wish to delete.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Access the main menu or sidebar and go to the Account Settings page. (You must be logged in to access this page).
  3. Find the Danger Zone: Within the Settings page, scroll down or look for a section labeled "Danger Zone". This section contains critical actions like data clearing and account deletion.
  4. Locate Delete Account: Inside the "Danger Zone", you will find a button or option labeled "Delete Account". It might be within an accordion or clearly marked with a warning.
  5. Initiate Deletion: Click the "Delete Account" button.
  6. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation prompt or dialog box will appear, asking you to confirm that you understand the consequences and wish to proceed. Read the warning carefully. To confirm, you will typically need to click a button like "Confirm" or "Yes, Delete My Account".
  7. Account Deleted: Once confirmed, the deletion process will begin. This may take a few moments. You will likely be logged out automatically. Your account and associated cloud data will be permanently removed from our systems.
